• Maintaining the security of your device where Persona X is installed.
• Ensuring that your use of the AI complies with local laws and regulations.
• Not using the software for any illegal or malicious purposes.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Persona X and its licensors.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Persona X be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use or inability to use the Service.
